How It Works

  1. Book a Consultation

One of the most important things to consider when choosing a therapist is finding somebody you gel with. Your therapist will never be your best pal, but it’s important they don’t make you want to run a marathon to get away from them. An initial consultation takes 20-30 minutes, can be done via telephone, and gives you the opportunity to give an overview of what brings you to therapy, to ask any questions you might have; and to figure out if you need to whip out your running trainers.

2. Pick your time slot

If you decide after your consultation that you want to go ahead and book your first official session with Red Clay, simply get in touch via email to schedule your first appointment. Check out the availability and fees page for available time slots.

3. Onwards and Upwards

You’ll need to pay 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to secure your time slot. After that, if you have chosen video therapy, you’ll receive a teams link via email, no later than 2 hours prior to your appointment. Make sure you’re somewhere comfortable and private for your session. If you’ve opted for face to face therapy, you’ll be sent details of where my office is based when setting up your appointment.
