MSc Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy (MBACP)

Red Clay Psychotherapy incorporates person centred counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy and attachment theory to create a therapeutic experience tailored specifically to you and your needs.

My background is in working with survivors of sexual violence and sexual abuse, and within this I have plenty of experience working with clients who have experienced trauma or been diagnosed with personality disorders, PTSD, CPTSD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, or have difficulty within relationships. I also have a personal interest in working with those who have a difficult relationship with alcohol, but might not feel they relate to the stereotype of ‘alcoholism’.

Outside of psychotherapeutic theory, Red Clay has a few core values: acceptance, kindness, activism and compassion; sprinkled with a bit of humour to lighten the load.

Therapy is currently delivered either face to face, via MS Teams or telephone, giving you the flexibility to engage in your session in the way that best suits you. You’re welcome to mix and match to suit your lifestyle.
